Traditionally yoga was taught one on one, sitting near the teacher students would await guidance and information. In a private session you are able to focus on a specific area of interest such as philosophy, chanting, postures and alignment, etc. Whether a beginner or an advanced practitioner private sessions can help the progression of your personal practice greatly. Lessons are customized to your specific physical needs as well as lifestyle and goals.
